General information 

 

• Each booking via www.fullmoondu.com will incur a 1.9% credit card fee

• Choose tickets and Stay & Play passes carefully as no refunds will be supplied on deposits or full payments 

• This is strictly an 18+ event. No minors are permitted

• Each ticket holder must show a valid ID in the form of:

  • Current valid Australian driver's license (with photo)

  • Current Passport

  • Government Issued Proof of Age Card

  • International Driver’s License (must contain a photograph)

• All personal valuables and property remain the responsibility of the ticket holder

• No Airport Transfers will be provided

• F&B credit cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given during the purchase of food and beverage over the bar with vouchers

Tickets, exchanges & cancellations

 

• Exchanges of weekend passes are permitted only under the discretion of management 

• Exchanges between single party ticket holders is up to the discretion of moshtix and festival management

• No refunds of weekend passes or tickets will be offered unless the organiser fails to deliver on event fundamentals, implements a date change or complete cancelation of the event occurs. Refunds will be based on the face value of the ticket

• Registration will submit your personal details to our database unless specified otherwise by the attendee

Entry

 

 Management and security have the right to refuse entry to any individual who:

• Does not hold a current photo ID (from the list provided above) 

• Showing signs of intoxication

• Behaving in an anti-social or disruptive way

• Provides a ticket that has been duplicated

• Produces a ticket that has been purchased or obtained through an unauthorised source or through illegal means

• Is in possession of, and refuses to surrender, any prohibited or illegal substance or object

• Cannot provide a ticket or confirmation of purchase from festival organisers

• Is in breach of the terms and conditions listed 

 

Security & management reserves the right to:

• Security have the right to search all bags upon entry of the events

• Any person gaining unauthorised access to events will be liable for protection and swift removal from the site 

• As a condition of entry, you are consenting to being filmed or photographed. Images may be used for promotional purposes and           appear on the festival website and social media platforms

• Management is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained during the festival 

• Do not remove wristbands as re-issuing will not occur unless there is significant cause for replacement 

• Wristband replacements will be provided if a broken wristband is presented to management along with ticket confirmation ​

 

Alcohol & Drugs

• Alcohol purchased outside of the event is not permitted

• Service of alcohol is conditional to attendee showing proof of age

• No alcohol purchased within the event grounds can be taken off site

• Bar staff and management has the right to refuse service to attendees if appearing intoxicated 

• The responsible service of alcohol will be enforced during the entire duration of the weekend 

• If found to be in the possession of drugs, the police will be notified, the drugs will be confiscated and the attendee will be removed from the event with no eligibility for a refund
