Timmy Trumpet is officially Australia’s busiest DJ, ranked #2DJ in the country, averaging 10 flights a week, and juggling over 200 shows per year, including major festivals and international super clubs. In less than a decade, Timmy Trumpet has successfully transgressed from the international stage as an acclaimed Jazz musician to the realm of global dance music. Main stages aren’t the only highlight of Timmy’s career, signed to Ministry of Sound with his last three singles having all held the #1 spot in the ARIA Club charts.

Timmy’s club productions have reigned supreme with his Beatport#1 New World Sound collaboration ‘The Buzz’ plus a string of successes with labels like Dutch powerhouse Spinnin’ Records. Timmy is now set to embark on a 40+ date Bounce Bus Tour across North America alongside fellow Melbourne Bounce masters Will Sparks and Joel Fletcher.

Some Blonde DJ is the alter-ego stage name of Alicia Nicole Weir; one of the most promising young protégés to rise out of the world-renown music hub of Melbourne.

Naturally drawn to the magic of the stage, Alicia became emphatically consumed by a burning desire to get behind the decks whilst working as an assistant to the site manager of Australia’s largest dance festival organisation, Future Entertainment. With a back-stage pass and personal insight into the revolution that has swept popular culture of its feet, it wasn’t long before she owned her first set of DJ decks. Shortly after, Some Blonde DJ was born.

Playing her first show in a modest St Kilda venue in January 2010 to Future Music Festival, Summadayze in 2012 and Ultraglow 2012, the journey has been short, sweet and plentiful. Armed with a reputation as the ultimate party starter, Alicia is a constant collector of fans, with crowds subscribing to her energetic output of influential EDM.
